§ 6.10.130. Logs for dispatch.

(a)

A tow or booting operator shall maintain a log for dispatch which contains the following information for towing or booting:

(1)

The date and time of the request for towing or booting, including a designation of the "a.m." or "p.m.";

(2)

The name and address of the person requesting that a vehicle be towed or booted; and

(3)

The model, make, VIN, number of the license plate, state of registration and year of manufacture of the towed or booted vehicle, if available.
