§ 6.10.120. Forms for billing; distribution, maintenance and inspection of bills.

(a)

The forms to be used for billing must be preprinted and numbered. The operator shall account for each such numbered form.

(b)

A copy of the bill for towing or booting must be given to the person paying the rates and charges. The operator shall retain a copy of each bill for three years. The operator shall, upon request, open his books for inspection and audit by the finance director, chief of police or other authorized designee, during normal business hours.
