§ 5.13.130. Business hours of regularly conducted businesses during events.

During a special event or special activity, the chief of police may alter the normally established business hours of any business licensed by the city. The decision to change business hours shall be reasonable and based upon public safety, health and welfare necessary to preserve the public peace.
