§ 5.08.130. Penalties

Any person in violation of any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished as provided in section 1.04.010; provided that nothing herein shall be construed to prevent the city from recovering the amount of any license fee required by any provision of the Reno Municipal Code in a civil action brought for such purpose.
