§ 5.07.080. Wine and beer wholesaler's license.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell wine or beer at wholesale without first obtaining a wine and beer wholesaler's license or an alcoholic beverage wholesaler's license from the city. A wine and beer wholesaler's license shall entitle the holder to sell wine or beer only and only at wholesale.
