§ 5.07.075. Liquor manufacturer's package alcohol license.

  • The City of Reno is hereby authorized to issue licenses for the retail sale of package alcohol by a licensed liquor manufacturer at the location where the alcohol product is produced. The following conditions shall apply to any liquor manufacturer's package alcohol license:

    (1)

    It shall be unlawful for any person to manufacture or bottle any alcoholic beverage for sale without first obtaining the appropriate alcoholic beverage manufacturer's license or brew pub license from the city as required by the guidelines set forth in the Reno Municipal Code and the Nevada Revised Statutes.

    (2)

    A liquor manufacturer's package alcohol license shall entitle the licensee to sell only the manufactured or bottled alcohol products licensed to produce on the premises to other persons at retail and only for off premises consumption.

    Any new application for a liquor manufacturer's package alcohol license shall be subject to the applicable fees as set forth in the adopted city fee schedule.
