§ 12.24.020. Purpose and policy.

(1)

This chapter is to establish requirements and a schedule of rates and charges for reclaimed water service.

(2)

The city will furnish systems used for the filling of construction water trucks with reclaimed water at locations designated by the city. For such services, the city will charge fees as set forth in this chapter.
