§ 18.10.1115. Assignment and assumption of obligations and duties under subdivision extension agreement.

(a)

The city council shall approve a form of the assignment and assumption of obligations and duties under a subdivision extension agreement attached hereto and incorporated herein. Such form is identified as Assignment and Assumption of Subdivision Extension Agreement and is available through the city clerk's office.

(b)

The obligations and duties under any subdivision extension agreement may be assigned to a buyer or buyers of all or a portion of the subdivision property, only upon the prior written consent and approval of the city council.
