§ 8.23.140. Carrying dangerous weapons.

Any person in possession of a dangerous weapon during commission of a violation of any section of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
(a)

Dangerous weapon means any explosive or incendiary device as defined in NRS 202.260 or any other weapon as defined by NRS 202.350.

(b)

No archery or like devices shall be allowed in a park or recreation facility.
