§ 8.23.130. Use of trash receptacles and dumpsters.

Trash receptacles and dumpsters located in parks and recreational facilities are for use by park patrons. It shall be a code violation for any person to bring trash, rubbish or other waste material into parks and recreation facilities for the purpose of depositing it into a trash receptacle or dumpster.
