§ 8.18.030. Duty to report injury inflicted by dangerous or deadly weapons.

It shall be the duty of every physician and of the superintendent or person in charge of any hospital and of any other person in the city who has knowledge of any harm or injury done to a person by the use of a dangerous or deadly weapon in the city, to report the same to the chief of police immediately upon receiving such knowledge.
