§ 8.17.030. Prohibitions: Unlawful use or possession.

  • It is unlawful for any person to use, or possess with intent to use, drug paraphernalia to plant, propagate, cultivate, grow, harvest, manufacture, compound, convert, produce, prepare, test, analyze, pack, repack, store, contain, conceal, inject, ingest, inhale, or otherwise introduce into the human body a controlled substance in violation of Chapter 453 of Nevada Revised Statutes, unless the person is exempt from state prosecution pursuant to NRS 453A.200, and the use or possession is in compliance with NRS 453A, which is entitled "Medical Use of Marijuana."
