Removal from Meeting. If any person willfully disrupts a board meeting in violation of this ordinance, the presiding officer, after giving a warning if reasonable under the circumstances, may order him or her to leave the meeting, and may, at the discretion of the presiding officer, bar such person from further audience before the board during that meeting. If such person does not remove himself or herself, the presiding officer may request the city manager or the designee of the city manager to remove or cause the removal of that person from the meeting.
