§ 6.30.610. Previously issued citations.

Latest version.

All unpaid parking tickets cited as misdemeanors under Chapters 6.06 and 6.08 of the Reno Municipal Code shall become notices of infractions upon the effective date of this chapter. Said tickets shall be subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, except that there shall be no increase in fines or penalties, nor shall said tickets be subject to the time limitations set forth herein for the placement of the immobilizers set forth in section 6.30.570 or the commencement of civil actions set forth in section 6.30.110.
