§ 6.30.540. Same—Procedure.

If either of the conditions which are set forth in section 6.30.530(a) and (b) exists, the procedures which are prescribed in sections 6.30.550 to 6.30.590, inclusive, must be followed before an immobilizer may be placed on the vehicle and the vehicle may be impounded.
