§ 6.30.410. Authority of police officer to move vehicle.

Whenever any police officer finds a vehicle standing upon a highway in violation of any of the provisions of this Code, such officer may move such vehicle, or require the driver or person in charge of the vehicle to move it to a position off the paved or improved or main, traveled part of such highway.
