§ 6.18.230. Expiration, transfer.

The bicycle license shall not expire unless ownership of the bicycle is changed, transferred, or if the registration sticker is destroyed. If the license has expired, the owner or the purchaser may contact the police department, or its representative, provide proof of ownership and pay the $5.00 service charge.
