§ 6.18.130. Parking.

No person shall park a bicycle upon a street or highway other than against a curb, or in a rack to support the bicycle, or against a building or at a curb. No person shall park a bicycle, on a sidewalk in such a manner so as to obstruct pedestrian traffic or otherwise create a hazardous situation.
