§ 6.18.110. Riding on sidewalks, playgrounds, etc.

(a)

It is unlawful for any person to operate a bicycle upon any sidewalk within the central business district or any prohibited-signed roadway.

(b)

Any person riding a bicycle on a sidewalk shall yield the right-of-way to pedestrians and give an audible signal before overtaking and passing pedestrians.
