§ 6.17.030. Operation of golf carts; where allowed.

Those streets, parts of streets, or areas as approved by resolution of the city council, a copy which is to be maintained for public inspection in the office of the city clerk and the traffic engineer, are declared to be public street segments where operation of a golf cart during daylight by a person holding a current driver's license is allowed in accordance with the Nevada Revised Statues 482.210.1(e) and 482.398(3).
