§ 6.14.100. Revocation of continuous special permit.

  • If after the issuance of a continuous special permit by the city engineer or director of traffic and transportation pursuant to the provisions of section 6.14.080, such officers determine that the traffic authorized by such continuous special permit has caused substantial highway distress, then such permit may be revoked summarily, but such revocation shall not operate to prevent a subsequent filing of a new application for another continuous special permit.
