§ 6.10.200. Service fees.

(a)

For a single booting incident, the booting company may collect no more than $100.00 for the first 24 hours during which the boot is installed on the vehicle.

(1)

After the first 24-hour period has elapsed, and for each subsequent 24-hour period during which the boot is installed on the vehicle, the booting company may collect no more than $25.00.

(b)

The booting company may not charge or collect, or attempt to charge or collect, a service fee if a vehicle is subsequently towed by a towing company.

(c)

The booting company may not charge or collect, or attempt to charge or collect, any fees, costs or charges related to a booting except the service fee specified in this section.
