§ 6.08.050. Parking time limits.

(a)

The city engineer shall have the power to establish the days of operation, time limitations in the parking spaces in the parking meter districts. The days of operation, time limitations and rates charged need not be uniform throughout the district. The rates will be established by the city council by resolution during the budget process.

(b)

The days of operation and time limitations pursuant to subsection (a) may be appealed to the city manager or his designee by filing a letter in his office stating the reasons for the appeal. The city manager shall have final authority in such appeals.
