§ 6.06.555. Vehicles to be driven on right side of highway.

  • Upon highways of sufficient width a vehicle shall be driven upon the right half of the highway, except as follows:

    (1)

    When overtaking and passing another vehicle proceeding in the same direction under the laws governing such movements;

    (2)

    When the right half of the highway is closed to traffic;

    (3)

    Upon a highway divided into three lanes for traffic under the laws applicable thereon; or

    (4)

    Upon a highway designated and posted for one-way traffic; or

    (5)

    When the highway is not sufficient width.
