§ 6.04.050. Bus.

"Bus" means:
(1)

A vehicle owned by the state, a political subdivision or a private school or nursery, designed for carrying more than ten passengers and used for the transportation of persons, or

(2)

A vehicle, other than a taxicab, designed and used for the transportation of persons for compensation.
