§ 5.90.1021. Satisfaction guaranteed.

Any Subscriber who requests disconnection of new service within 30 days from its date of activation shall receive a credit to his/her account in the amount of one month's subscription charge for the service that has been disconnected but not to exceed the amount that such Subscriber paid for the new service excluding installation fees.
