The records regarding medical marijuana establishment received by the city are confidential
to the same extent that such records would be deemed confidential if provided to the
department pursuant to NRS 453A.700 and the regulations. Such confidential records
are not subject to subpoena, discovery or subject to inspection by the general public
to the same extent, and with the same exceptions as provided in NRS 453A.700 and the
regulations. Notwithstanding this section, the city may release the confidential information
to the department, employees of the city to perform official duties of the city, and
to any local, state, or federal law enforcement agencies as required to perform law
enforcement responsibilities of such agencies.
