§ 5.21.015. Renewal of business license.

  • In addition to the requirements of title 4 and 5 of this Code, all applications for renewal of a city medical marijuana establishment business license shall be accompanied by a copy of a valid and current medical marijuana establishment registration certificate from the department and;

    (1)

    If any changes are proposed to any item submitted with the initial application to the department or the city, or to any condition of the issued license, a detailed proposal for changes to such items and submission of new documents which relate thereto, including all documents required by RMC 5.21.012(c);

    (2)

    The license division may approve a renewal of the license based on a determination that no material changes have been made to the items submitted with the original application. Any changes in ownership, operation or location of the medical marijuana establishment must be processed as a new license application pursuant to the requirements of RMC 5.21.012 and referred to the city council and other applicable reviewing departments to act upon pursuant to RMC 5.21.013.
