§ 5.20.090. Transfer.

A permit issued to any person pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall not be transferred to any other person nor apply to any other location(s) than that specified in the permit application without the written consent of the city manager. Failure to comply with this section shall constitute good cause to revoke or suspend the permit.
