§ 5.17.120. Additional reasons for denial.

  • In addition to the grounds provided in section 5.05.008 of this title, a pedicab work card may be denied or revoked if the applicant or such work card holder:

    (1)

    Has been convicted of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs within the past three years.

    (2)

    Has been involved in and found to be the driver responsible for any accident resulting in the death of or substantial bodily injury to another.

    (3)

    Has a past driving record that shows he is a habitual reckless or negligent driver.

    (4)

    Has failed on at least two occasions to keep his written promise to appear in court for any offense.
