§ 5.17.070. Temporary permits.

The city license office shall, upon the direction of the city manager or designee, issue temporary permits to holders of a valid horse-drawn vehicle business license for operation on other routes for special purposes for periods not to exceed ten days. Any special purpose permit issued will be subject to the payment of an additional fee.
