§ 5.07.130. Fraternal club or nonprofit organization wine and beer license.

It shall be unlawful for any fraternal club or nonprofit organization as defined herein to sell wine or beer without first obtaining from the city a fraternal club or nonprofit organization wine and beer license or a fraternal club or nonprofit organization alcoholic beverage license. Such wine and beer license shall entitle the holder to sell wine or beer, only at retail for consumption on the premises where sold.
