§ 5.07.100. Dining room wine and beer license.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell wine or beer in a dining room in the city unless such person shall have first obtained a dining room wine and beer license, or an on-premises dining room alcoholic beverage license, or an on-premises alcoholic beverage license, or a cabaret license from the city. A dining room wine and beer license shall entitle the holder to sell only wine and beer at retail in a dining room only for consumption on the premises.
