§ 5.07.024. Posting of business premises.

  • (a)

    In the case of a license application to sell alcoholic beverages at any premises not currently operating as an alcoholic beverage business, an applicant shall post notice of application for any alcohol license (excluding special event and special activity) on the proposed licensed premises within five business days of submitting a properly completed application for a license.

    (1)

    The notice shall be prominently displayed and observable by persons in the public right-of-way outside of the premises.

    (2)

    The applicant shall post notice with identification of the type of alcohol license for which application is made.

    (3)

    The applicant shall return an affidavit of posting to the business licensing division reflecting that such posting has been made.

    (b)

    The applicant may remove the posting upon receiving the pertinent alcohol license.
