§ 5.06.070. Sufficient lighting.

Adult interactive cabaret premises shall be equipped with lighting of sufficient intensity to illuminate every place in which patrons are permitted. Illumination shall be not less than one foot candles as measured at a point at least 36 inches but not more than 60 inches from the floor. Illumination shall be maintained at all times a patron, performer, or employee are present on the premises.
