§ 5.05.005. Purpose and short title.

This title regulates those activities which are found by the city to require a higher demand of city services by affecting the economic, social, health and general well-being of the city and its residents. The activities have commonly been referred to as "privileged" and must comply with this title which shall be known as the privileged licenses and permits code.
