§ 20.02.080. Duties of building and safety department.

On and after the effective date of this chapter, the building and safety department of the city shall advise all applicants for building permits in the project area that the site for which a building permit is sought for construction of buildings or for other proposed improvements within a proposed redevelopment project area.
