§ 20.02.010. Definitions.

(a)

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter or where the context requires otherwise, terms used or referred to in this chapter are as defined in the Community Redevelopment Law, NRS 279.382 through 279.680.

(b)

The following definitions shall apply in this chapter:

(1)

Agency means the redevelopment agency of the city.

(2)

City means the City of Reno, Nevada.

(3)

City council means the City Council of Reno.

(4)

Planning commission means the Reno City Planning Commission.
