§ 16.02.040. Seizure and forfeiture.

Pursuant to NRS 202.770, any explosives, as that term is defined in NRS 202.750, which are used or intended to be used in violation of NRS 202.750 to 202.840, or any other law or ordinance shall be subject to seizure and forfeiture of those materials. The local authority reserves all rights to utilize and enforce NRS sections 202.750 through 202.840, inclusive, as adopted and as may be amended. Further, the local authority shall seize, take, remove, or cause to be removed at the expense of the owner, all stocks of all fireworks and/or pyrotechnics offered or exposed for sale or possessed or stored or held in violation of Title 16.02 of the Reno Municipal Code and such materials are subject to forfeiture.
