§ 15.02.010. Authority, general purpose and objectives.

(a)

The ordinance codified in this chapter is enacted pursuant to the authority of NRS 279B to provide for the rehabilitation of abandoned residential properties within the city.

(b)

The objective of this chapter is to establish a program for the rehabilitation of abandoned, deteriorated, substandard or unsanitary residential properties.
