§ 15.01.120. Posting and publication of notice of sale or lease.

The notice of sale or lease, as applicable, shall be:

(1)

Posted in three public places in the city at least 15 days before the proposed date of the meeting described in section 15.01.100 above; and

(2)

Published at least once a week for three successive weeks before the meeting described in section 15.01.100 above in a newspaper qualified under Chapter 238 of Nevada Revised Statutes.
