§ 14.20.010. Prohibition.

  • It is unlawful for any person to knowingly maintain, operate or cause to be operated any machine, device, apparatus or instrument of any kind whatsoever, or any electrical lines or plants of any description, within the city limits, the operation of which will cause reasonably preventable electrical interference with radio reception within the municipal limits; provided, however, that all such electrical lines or plants or machines, devices, apparatus or instruments may be used if the same are properly equipped to avoid all unnecessary or reasonably preventable interference with radio receptions, and are not negligently operated.
