§ 12.12.020. Installation of service pipes prior to paving.

Service pipes connecting with water mains shall be installed along each and every street, avenue and alley of the city, prior to the paving or repaving, macadamizing or remacadamizing, surfacing or resurfacing of the same, upon reasonable notice being given to the person owning or in control of such water mains and service pipes that such paving or repaving, macadamizing or remacadamizing, surfacing or resurfacing is to be done.
