§ 12.08.020. Specifications.

At the time of issuance of a permit as provided in this chapter, the city engineer shall supply the person obtaining such permit the specifications designating the method of street cutting, excavation, disposal of excavated material, backfilling, and the replacement of concrete or asphaltic materials. It is unlawful for any person to deviate from the provisions of these specifications.
