§ 12.06.050. Elevation of curbs.

The elevation of curbs shall be fixed at the time of filing of the profile map in the office of the city engineer as provided for in section 12.06.030, and the slope of the property line to the curb across the sidewalk shall not be less than one-eighth of an inch per foot.
